Passionate. Driven. Available.
My parents moved me to Cheatham County in 1976. I have lived in Ashland City my entire life, graduating from Cheatham County High School in 1994. I then earned a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science with an emphasis in Waste Management from MTSU. After interning with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, I went on to work with the Cheatham County Solid Waste Department as the Recycling Coordinator. While working for the county, I began Nashville School of Law. During that time, I also worked at a title company and a creditors rights law firm.
When I finished law school, I worked as a solo practitioner for several years and then taught Criminal Justice at Whites Creek High School. As a teacher, I oversaw the Youth Court program and the Mock Trial team. This experience was life changing for me as I gained first hand knowledge about the challenges facing our youth.
I have now made permanent professional roots in Cheatham County and operate an office on the square in Ashland City. I am am putting my diverse experience to work for my hometown. I am dedicated to Cheatham County and its citizens.
